The exterior of Blockshire castle 

From the original exteriors is not left. A huge renovations and changes by the 7th and 8th duke, romanticized the castle and made it much more into a home. Behind the scenes you can still find many details predating the arrival of the Cavenbrick family, like the great hall.  The exterior however has become impressive and sits perfectly in the landscape.
